Refund Policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days before your booking to request a cancellation and refund. Refunds will be provided for government mandated closures.

There is a $50 cancellation fee.

To be eligible for a refund, you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To notify us of a cancellation, you can contact us at info@smartmovesplayplace.com. If your cancellation is accepted, we will issue your refund through your original payment method.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Rescheduling
To reschedule your booking, please email us at info@smartmovesplayplace.com at least 7 days in advance. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your cancellation request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
